"Hands down the best place in Takapuna for both short and long stays."

Everything was perfect. Little details were looked after. We arrived rather (extremely) jet-lagged. The person looking after the property (Rex) was so kind and considerate, making sure we were comfortable and happy. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't extend our stay, as someone else had booked the room. I've rated everything 10/10, which is exactly the rating they deserve. Cafes and shops are nearby, so there is no reason to go hungry. If I were to summarise the stay in a single word, I'd choose the word "perfect".

I didn't like having to leave. Honestly. This place is a gem. It was super-clean (we like places this way) and has all the facilities needed for both short and long stays. We stepped into the place, and the first thing we are greeted with is a welcoming complimentary box of treats on the table and cheese board in the fridge. So no, there is nothing we didn't like, apart from leaving. We would be staying there now if we could.
