That Phanom River View Hotel

Everything was excellent, except the breakfast could maybe have had a few more selections, but it was good. The only thing is you have to make sure you get the breakfast before it's gone ! And it's gone it's gone.

I had a nice stay here staffs are friendly and nice service . I definitely come back here.

The deluxe double room was very spacious and nicely furnished. The bed was within top 10 % of all places we've ever stayed in Thailand. Parking was plentiful, and the attendant helpful. Given that breakfast for two was included in the price of the room, the whole package was excellent value for money.

The reception staff wasn't particularly friendly or helpful. Given how well furnished and designed the hotel is, it's a bummer that management doesn't pay more attention to details like descaling the showerheads so they work properly, dusting the dropped ceiling ledge or fitting the doors so there isn't an inch-high crack at the bottom through which you can hear noise from the hallways. Also, some of the airconditioners are very noisy.

Very nice location at the Mekong river. Worth to go up to the roof terrace to take a picture. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is solid. We definitely would stay there again if we need an accommodation in the area.

We have stayed here several times over 8 years. The furniture and fittings look tired now. Reception still has a Covid-era, home made plastic screen that is unnecessary and unwelcoming. Biggest problem is the staff have forgotten how to smile.
