Property Notes

Kindly note that daily cleaning is not included in the room rate. Air conditioning and heating have an additional cost. The pool and the spa are open form Mid April to Mid November and are not included in the rate. The additional cost is 15.00 EUR per person for half day, 30.00 EUR for the whole day. Opening hours of the external welness areas are from 9.00 until 19.00. The kit with bathroom, towel and slippers is not included and can be rented on site.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"very enjoyable holiday"

We stayed for 5 nights here and felt very welcome. The hotel is about 15 min. drive from Pietra Ligure and the beach. There are few supermarkets nearby, only accessible by car. The pool, whirlpool and the saunas are great. Also the bar does a great aperitivo. We booked a relaxing massage, which was ok.

There were few families there, but overall I think the hotel suits more adult travellers or older couples. There is no laundry service at the hotel. The massage service was enjoyable but not amazing. We got a bottle of wine complementary at the end of our stay, the only problem was that it went off so we could not enjoy it!

Everything was very nice. We had five wonderful days! The hosts are very nice and helpful - always with a smile. The location is beautiful. There is a restaurant five minutes from the hotel which is very nice and authentic.

"Lovely spa hotel"

Location great. Clean. Lovely staff Viola and Marcello . Secure parking. Nice touch to have local maps in the apartment. Nice to touch to leave complimentary half bottle procesco in our fridge. Large double jacuzzi bath also. Double bed as well as sofa bed.

We self catered which I am not so sure many people do, I think it is more of a spa. The apartments were advertised as having dishwashers but our Room 305 did not it have one. Room top floor in roof space so husband kept hitting his head on bedroom ceiling beams! No door between bedroom and kitchen/sitting rm area.
