Riad L'Atelier

We were amazed by the decor of the bedroom and its concept, same thing goes for the outdoor areas. We loved the breakfast and its presentation. Big thanks to all the cookers for the meals and special thanks to Musthapha, Hassan and Moha ( hope I don't misspelled any name). They were super friendly and helpful with absolutely every request and question. We always had a sense of home when we came back from our long day visiting Marrakech. They really know how to run this place!

As the Riad is located in a busy area/street, at night we were able to hear all the buzz from outside. For someone that doesn't have heavy sleep, will find this annoying. Another aspect that we come to know that is a general city situation, is the poor wifi connection and service at the evening. This isn't a riad problem!

Cozy place

Our stay in Riad L’Atelier was absolutely amazing. The staff was so nice, kind and helpful. The food was local and delicious. The riad itself was thoughtfully designed and clean. It was honestly one of the best stays in my life. Thank you for everything!

The only thing we did not like about the hotel, which for me was a massive factor and would put me off staying again, was the location. It was only a ten minute walk into the main square however, my partner and I both felt so unsafe. We would not stay out when it was dark which was past 7pm as I would be nervous walking back. We felt so unsafe, felt like we were going to get robbed, no tourists in the area near the hotel just locals. Some days I was nervous to walk out of the hotel, lots of scams about, I would count down the amount of walks needed until we went home. Although this is nothing to do with the hotel itself it definitely had a massive impact on our stay. However, everything else was great.

It’s a stunning riad, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff were superb, and the breakfasts were honestly the best we’ve ever had. Can’t recommend the place enough.

Everything!!! The interior design is beautiful, exactly like the pictures. The room was super specious and beautifully decorated. The shower was indulging. We received refills for purified water. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was so so nice and helpful. The best was huge and comfortable.

Very small and minor things... The bathroom had no door so it was a little bit uncomfortable. The Riad itself is a heaven but to arrive at it, you need to walk on a very busy and chaotic street. I took a shower late at night and the water was only warm like. The next morning I took another shower and the water was hot and as I said before, the room and bathroom itself was decorated and had amenities that were super indulging.

Everything about this Riad and the team that run it, is perfect. The breakfast every morning was beyond amazing and the evening meals cooked fresh to order rivalling some of the restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful and a joy to spend time with.
