"Spacious room but no parking available"

Spacious room and cold aircon.

No parking available. You will have to pay the bystanders outside the hotel with no guarantee of a safety. One night after a tiring day, we had to double park and while resting I got a call about two times to move our car.

"A hotel with a history"

Good AC. Fridge inside the room. Bars and entertainment spots in walikg distance. Beds are spacious and comfy. Ample rooms with a high ceiling (which i like against the new fancy hotel rooms which are tiny space and low ceiling). I like their historic relationship to the nearby AyalaTriangle, which was the runway of former Manila Airport, in the 1930-ies.

Water pressure / water availability is an issue in the shower. 2nd + 3rd floor : no escalator nor lift.

The place has the lovely vintage charm of a Woody Allen's film. Rooms are big and everything is stylish and old. We loved the décor. Road works were ongoing under our window which meant nosiy days but quiet nights.

Main issue with the place is location, 40 min Grab car to the old city, too far. This is unless your thing is getting drunk with lonely expat grabdpas in decadent bars or contributing to the prostitution business, then location is perfect.
