Very spacious, comfortable beds, close to shopping

Sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Wohnung. Sauber und komfortabel. Sehr gute Lage, Parkplätze in der Nähe. Ruhige und angenehme Nachbarschaft.

Die Wohnung wird für mind. 4 Personen angeboten. Entsprechende Pfannen waren aber nicht vorhanden. Es gab lediglich eine kleinere Pfanne und eine Bratpfanne. Sonst alles genügend vorhanden - aber ohne Pfannen eher etwas schwierig...

Easy to access. Clean.

Only one bathroom, but it was declared so no surprise

The apartment was very spacious and well-appointed. There were some provisions and utensils in the kitchen. Not a full complement, but enough. The washing machine and dryer on the premises were a great boon. The host had thoughtfully provided laundry detergent as well. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Groceries and the mall were very close. The host was very responsive when we asked for a few supplies in the bathroom.

It is a bit far from Reykjavik city centre. If you are looking to explore the city the location is not ideal. There was no heat in the apartment, but luckily we had high temperatures for most of our stay. The apartment is new and as such some facilities are lacking, particularly in the bathroom. I hope the host will install a toilet paper dispenser, some hooks for hanging up clothes and a wastebasket in the bathroom soon.

It was a little difficult to figure out how to plan our day. Places in general are open 6 hours or so. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were close to everything

We rarely got a spot in the lot and had to park on the street but it was only a short walk

The place is clean, comfortable and plenty of space. The host is very attentive and responds straight away to all the queries.

Lack of basic needs but all of these were resolved straight away. Not many spaces in the car park when you come home late, which you have to park on the road.
