Strawberry Fields - CENTRAL TORQUAY

It was a nice house in great location for the main attractions and well suited to a family of 10. The pool room, Xbox 360, wine fridge and reclining chairs were all nice touches.

We confirmed in advance that we'd be arriving between 3 and 4 and that we'd call the cleaner 15 minutes before we arrived only to find out she wasn't expecting us and meant we couldn't settle in until she'd finished cleaning 1.5 hours after our arrival. There was a problem with the boiler which meant that the hot water continually stopped working, which the owner refunded £50 but did ruin the weekend. We found out after we'd reported it that someone was coming out to look at it but they failed to inform us in advance.

The fact that it is huge. Rooms are big, beds are very comfy.

The internet speed and also that was disconecting most of the time

Great location, excellent communication with owner and cleaners. We all had a lovely time together. Pool room a good bonus too.

Perhaps a bigger table in doing area and a hand rail going down the big slope to the property

Location was lovely.. house was perfect size for out party and the host was friendly and welcoming

The private parking was steep for the kids and elderly but wasn't a problem as we parked on road..
