Der Host Graham war sehr nett, auch seine 2 Hunde haben uns begrüßt (sind harmlos), das Zimmer liegt in einer liebevoll gestalteten Gartenanlage. Parkplatz direkt vor der Zimmertür. Die Räume haben einen gewissen Flair und sind durchaus auch für mehrtägige Aufenthalte geeignet.

Die Sitzmöbel (Sessel & Sofa) haben die besten Zeiten schon hinter sich, als höheren Tisch gibt es nur einen runden kleinen Campingtisch - für Arbeiten am PC wenig geeignet - aber man kann den Tisch leicht bewegen.

A super cute wee cottage in a quiet rural setting with little extras such as fruit, biscuits and chocolates as well as breakfast provisions and a real coffee machine. We booked in very last minute and our lovely host was very friendly and helpful.

The owners were very welcoming and generous leaving all sorts of provisions for our stay. We arrived late on and as we didn't have any dinner, that was also kindly offered, just amazing hosts. The cottage is old fashioned, but extremely comfortable a lovely place to stay and close to Hobbiton and Rotorua too.

The master bed is sort of in the living room, but not a major issue.

Location is very peaceful. A perfect resting place after a day of tramping, cycling, rock climbing or whatever. Comfortable bed, great shower, all the cooking facilities and a good tv. Thanks for a great stay.
