"Title: Disappointing Experience: Rude Host and Subpar Service"

The apartment was good, clean, cabinets smell a bit mildew

Host was rude and charged us the exchange rate of $3.85 soles when all over Peru the exchange rate is $3.70 and nowhere on the site states that if you pay in soles, they will charge you at that rate, (she sent me way too many text messages, I didn't catch that specific message) but in the end her demeanor was just baffling. There was also no power for a whole day (as they paid the same day the power got disconnected). We also had no hot water at all during our 7 days stay, they said that it was working, but I didn't want to deal with the host. They lack good customer service or perhaps she was having a bad day. All I know is I would never stay there or recommend it as customer service is everything in this industry.
