"Lovely apartment light and airy although the balcony was dirty, I have fed this back to help others."

The location was great high up next to the castle, we didn't mind the hill and the steps to reach the actual apartment, but to note for others there is not a lift.

We were waiting outside some time when the person handng over the keys was inside on the top floor, we could not get into the building, it would have been better if we could have been met outside at the main entrance.

"Great location, nice apartment, could improve supplies."

The location was fabulous, the view was nice. The apartment was bright & airy & had A/C. A definite plus!

There was no broom to be able to sweep during our one week stay, no instructions on where to take out the garbage, no garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc. only 2 small rolls of toilet paper for 3 ppl for a week, was not enough. We were told there were safes in the closets, there were no safes.
