La pulizia della struttura, modernissima, la colazione ricca e abbondante, la praticità della chiave tramite link online.

Si trova a Boavista, un quartiere residenziale molto curato. Non è però centralissimo per esplorare il centro città, ma super collegato con metro a 5 min a piedi, stazione Casa da Musica.
