Very nice hotel in a good area. The room is spacious, nicely furnished and decorated, as well as clean. Lucia, the very friendly and helpful owner, serves a great breakfast in a beautiful dining room. Thank you very much for your hospitality 😊

"Fabulous! What a great find!…"

The property was well loved and taken care of by Lucia. My room was beautiful and had everything I needed including a tv. The hot water was great and the beds were comfortable and cosy. The breakfasts were made with love and included fruit salad fresh juices, ham/cheese or eggs and bread , homemade jam and avocado and the coffee was delicious! Varieties of tea were available in the room with a flask of hot water . I stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave ! It was an easy “flat “ walk in a safe neighbourhood 20 mins into Plaza de Armas and a local fruit and veg market 5 mins away. It was nice to be out of the touristy area and see how local Peruvians live. Everyone is so kind and friendly here.

"A great bargain near the university (where I was attending a conference), run by wonderful people."

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic! The hotel decor has a quaint rustic charm.

The showers didn’t work very well. Low pressure and limited hot water.

"Comfortable accommodation"

We arrived late at night and booked just before. The staff was really welcoming and friendly and we even got tea. The breakfast the next morning was delicious & the bed is comfortable.

The bathroom was not cleaned. However, the room was. Probably it was because we booed just before we came but the room was marked as cleaned.
