Modern living in Hull

The house was immaculate, beds so comfortable - wouldn't hesitate to stay again, really relaxing.

There wasn't anything !

Communication from the host was exceptional. They replied to all my messages quickly. Even let us check in a couple of hours early. This place was cheaper than the double tree hotel and way bigger with all the home comforts. Very modern appliances, the heating is super simple to turn on, TV, Internet, it's clean and tidy right through out. I mean the place even had board games and jigsaws and books for the kids and adults too, for those rainy days. I really can't praise this place enough and I've stayed in a fair few hotels/houses and this is one place I would recommend to anyone. The thing that makes this place exceptional to me is the attention to detail, that's what sets it apart for me. As one example the dinning table has covers on the edges to prevent any accidents especially with little ones. Fully equipped kitchen, conservatory was lovely just to sit and have a coffee with all that natural light, it was really peaceful. Oh and check in was very easy, host messaged before check in explaining how that worked and it took all of 30 seconds to have the key in my hands. The bath is deep and wide for any big folk and the beds, again very comfortable, plenty of storage space. Location wise it's great, nice walk to the deep or the fruit market area or even the city centre or a 5/10 min drive to the city centre plus no parking to pay for because it has a spot.

If I had to be super picky the only thing i would change is the glass coasters and table mats. Nothing wrong with them but that's an accident waiting to happen when some kids stay there.
