The One Hoian Retreat

El checkin es un poco lío al principio. Pero Tim enseguida nos ayudó en todo. The One Hoian Retreat en realidad está dentro de un gran resort.

The room was clean and had everything you need for a weeks stay. Full size fridge, washing machine etc Even though breakfast was chaotic, the chefs looked after my gluten-free needs. Tim was a great host

The booking was misleading as it is actually a room in the very very large Wyndam Resort. I was under the impression it was a much smaller more personalised accomodation. The drinks at the bar were very expensive.

The apartment was very clean and also our contact person Tim was very nice and organized everything perfectly. One more note: I can highly recommend the apartment, but the hotel is still half under construction and the construction site noise is correspondingly loud in the second half. The apartment is in the first half and therefore you don't hear any of the noise. :) I would rather book the apartment than directly at the hotel, as it is possible that you will also be accommodated in the second half. Thanks again to Tim for the great organization and also to the hotel staff, who were almost always very accommodating 😊

You have to be prepared to stay in a 5 star hotel, but you are not treated like a real hotel guest. There were always times when we felt that we didn't really belong to the hotel and were therefore treated differently. Nevertheless, our stay was very nice.

During my recent stay at The One Hoian Retreat, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and cleanliness that defined my experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Ho Chi and the driver, who ensured a smooth check-in process. Their professionalism and willingness to accommodate my needs were evident throughout my stay. The room we stayed in were a sanctuary of cleanliness and space was well maintained. We enjoyed the amenities provided especially the private beach.

The food at the hotel’s beach restaurant was bad but breakfast spread was alright.

What a wonderful Room!

The gym space is very good and the pools are nice. The apartment has a more homely style and feel and the owner came with us to the airport to wave us off which was very sweet. The breakfast buffet was very good!

The view from the apartment is of the rest of the hotel and the kids climbing frame. Maybe nice if they are your kids but we hadn't realised this was the view before booking.

Room decoration is very nice, warm and peace. Beautiful private beach, great swimming pool and large gym with modern equipments . Value money.

Warm and familiar, like being at home. Very nice swimming pool and cute park.
