"This would be a great place in the Spring or Fall, but I wouldn’t go again in the summer if temperatures are above 80F."

The kitchen is well apportioned and the beds are comfortable. There is a lovely sitting room on the second floor.

This was supposed to be an air-conditioned space, but only the third floor common area had air conditioning. I made multiple requests to turn on the main air conditioner for the rest of the house to no avail. We ended up opening windows on the shady side and at night to get a slight respite from the heat. Also, there is no toilet in the master bathroom..!?!?
