Sunny, spacious, comfortable, surprisingly quiet given proximity to Cameron Rd

Just a couple of minor things - stove controls were not clean, and bit of a bad smell under the sink. A can opener would have been good but I appreciate not everywhere has them

"Very happy with everything. Bed was so comfortable. Wished I could stay longer"

We were left milk in the fridge . Plenty of tea and coffee. The owners saw us arrive and came and introduced themselves. Made to feel very welcome. If ever back in Tauranga I would try to stay here. Loved it

"Really met our need to have a relaxing night befor a hospital appointment in the morning."

Great having whole house to ourselves. Very amenable host. Very well furnished and super relaxing.

Wasn’t able to have a hot shower quickly in the morning due to time for water to reach temperature.
