Alles super! Hatten richtig tolle Tage :)

Frühstück und Lage waren in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer war winzig. Es hatte keine richtigen Fenster. Man hörte schon früh morgens Lärm. Die Türe hatte unten einen Spalten, so dass Tiere eindringen können. Das Zimmer war nicht im Gebäude, wo die anderen Zimmer waren. Preis für dieses winzige Zimmer war eine Frechheit. Für fleckiges, uraltes Handtuch wurde Gebühr verlangt, welche nicht zurückerstattet wurde. Kann ich nur davon abraten.

One bed in our bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, the structure was unstable and the mattress was too big (double the size of the structure) and it was without mosquito net. In addition it had bedbugs. The air conditioner was not working, they gave us a big fan that was very loud. The shower was falling apart. During our stay the electricity was off very often (and so was the wifi) The swimming pool is more like a pond, with no filter inside a very nice house for mosquitos Breakfast is low standard The neighborhood is quite loud, there is a mosque nearby. The manager was never there and we didn’t have anyone to communicate with. Very low quality for the price we paid.

Lack of power, bad value for money, doesn’t feel clean

This place was probably the worst hostel i have ever stayed in. There is so much wrong here. The showers have poor drainage. They give you a mop so you can push all the water into the drain, and it still floods. If you go into the bathroom after someone has showered, you are flooded in water. When i booked, all the dorms and rooms said were 'fully booked', but on arrival, i was the only one. I'm pretty sure the owner marked out all the dorms as booked, so you have to pay for a room which is more expensive and not worth it. You even have to pay for a towel. Most hostels give you a complimentary towel. There were constant power cuts and the place does not have a generator so you sit in darkness for hours at a time. There is so much noise from surrounding places until early hours of the morning. The wifi is so slow and does not even reach the room. You have to ring a bell to get in, but during power cuts, it does not ring so you just sg=hout until someone opens. The 'free breakfast' you get in the morning was a pathetic. Pretty much haf a banana and toast and 1 egg. Even the toaster does not work. They fill up the coffee can with 3 teaspoons of coffee powder so its always finished in the morning and they fil up the water jug with 2 glasses of water.. The pool water was so disguising. And it's not as big as seen in photos. The manager Adrian when i was there even quit his job because the lady apparently treated him badly (not sure of the story). The house manager barely speaks english, so any question or answer is just confusing. I paid 340 dollars for 4 nights (crazy right) for the worst experience of my life. Such false advertising. And the owner refuses to compensate or refund anything. I met people there for 1 day who booked a week and left after 3 hours. I couldn't because i spend so much money there already. Jessica the cleaning ldy was really sweet. I hope she finds a better job.
