Everything was great: very convenient location, safe building, close to metro, markets, ports, restaurants, good facilities, amenities (coffee maker, bread toaster, iron, hairdryer, washing and dryer machine, cooking wares, good refrigerator, microwave, stove, cutlery). Very helpful host and responsive. Hot water is available during sunny days as it is solar powered. A backup system would have been great for cloudy days and mornings when only warm water is available from solar powered one, but as Greece has many sunny days, I would not see this as an impediment to choosing this good accommodation which is really good value for the money.
