Mon vol à été annulé et comme beaucoup nous avons été surpris en arrivant de voir que la salle de bain et WC était partagé. Vu le prix c'est vraiment profiter du désarroi des voyageurs . Inadmissible

I had a very upsetting experience at this property. The owner wrongly accused me of inappropriate behavior—including leaving a used tissue after s** in the hallway and peeping into other rooms—which I strongly deny. Another guest was present at the time, so it’s unfair to make assumptions without proof and asked me to leave the property immidiately. He asked me to do an Early checkout and so did I. The Refund i got from Booking.com for unused accomodation was 205 Euros. He later let us stay but I had to pay €221 directly to him, which was confusing and frustrating. I still regret of continuing my stay at this place after the incident. So did the owner did this all for 16 Euros extra money???? He has not realised his mistake yet. For this price you will find a better accomodation for sure. The room lacked basic amenities like a dustbin and clothes hangers. There were also no rules/warnings posted about wet towels and food anywhere inside the room. The soundproofing was terrible—you could hear everything from the hallway and even from the bathroom. As someone who has traveled extensively with consistently positive reviews, I was shocked by this experience. I would not recommend this place to others !!!!

La literie inconfortable, l'isolation phonique avec les autres chambres est inexistante . Les draps payants et serviettes payantes .... au prix de la nuit c'est excessif. Sur nos 15 jours passés à Madère ça aura été le logement le plus cher ..... avec aussi peu de confort . On aurait su on aurait dormi dans l'aéroport.

The location is excellent—very close to Madeira Airport, which was convenient for my travel. The staff member I interacted with, possibly the manager, wa friendly, and helpful.

Unfortunately, the room heater did not work throughout the night, and there was no blanket provided. When I requested one, I was asked to pay extra, which was quite disappointing. I also experienced issues with the hot water, having to take a cold shower. The room lacked basic amenities such as a trash bin, hangers, locker etc. Additionally, I was not given a room key due to sharing the room with another guest, which felt uncomfortable. Cooking was not allowed on the premises, and there wasn’t even a microwave available for use. Also they don’t have any fridge, if you bring some food, there’s no place to store them.
