No elevator, not suitable for wheelchairs, however the stairs are not too high for those who can try.

1. Dirty: Not clean, carpet and soft furnishings in the apartment stained, Common area extremely dirty, rubbish at the entrance door, common area carpets filthy, all stains. Level of care of property very disappointing. Some Pillow cases and towels also had stains 😱😱😱. Shock when we arrived versus perception from the photos Level 3 booking.com customer, use booking.com a lot and normally happy with my choice of accommodation. Sad by my choice when we arrived as a family of 4 to this accommodation 2 Adults and 2 Children 2. Ventilation: No window that can be opened for fresh air in one of the bedrooms, there is an emergency exit door onto a common area, but you could not leave this open while sleeping. No tilt and turn function 3. Wi-Fi Not working on my laptop or my phone, contacted the host, you get a standard message from a call Center in the Philippines . Contacted the host on a number of issues, you get a standard reply or it’s ok on our side or it’s the management companies fault - in the end - no one person takes responsibility- no personal touch - so nothing improves or changes. Sad to see such a new building lacking care and attention. Every day is a school day. I will learn from it and not be taken in by the pictures

Good sized apartment in the centre of town.

Ludicrously complex checkin procedure after making to booking on booking.com. The tv is not connected to an Ariel and relies on the wifi which wasn’t working. Real shame as we wanted to watch to Euros.
