מיטות לא נוחות לאחר תשלום על דירת 3 חדרי שינה שתי קומות יום לפני הצ'ק אין קיבלתי הודעה כי אין לפנות דרך BOOKING לביצוע הצ'ק אין והדירה עברה לLOFT1 באותה העיר קיבלנו דירת 3 חדרים קטנה יותר מזו ששילמנו עליה לא היה לנו מה לעשות כיוון שזה היה יום לפני ההגעה שלנו למקום וכבר שילמנו את מלא הסכום על השהייה בחדר היה את כל מה שצריך...
