"Nice apartment but with issues"

Nice clean room, everything in it worked, and plenty of hot water for a shower with good pressure

Communication wasn’t good. The owner asked me the day before what time I would arrive. The next morning I texted him to tell him I would be arriving a couple of hours earlier. He didn’t reply. When I arrived there was no one there so I rang and he kept hanging up on me before eventually texting me to come back in 30 minutes. One of the reasons I picked this apartment was for free parking however this just turned out to be a space on the road and not secure at all.

Хорошая связь с владельцем квартиры Георгием. Заселились быстро. Все вежливо и дружелюбно. Этаж высокий. Звукоизоляция нормальная. Комната светлая, чистая. Балкон не очень большой, но вид на море отличный. Сантехника, кухня, кондиционер, вайфай работали хорошо. В комнате помимо кровати стоял раскладной диван, что было удобно. Отдельным элементом дизайна была оригинальная барная стойка и бра в стиле 1990-х годов. При выезде хозяин квартиры любезно разрешил нам остаться немного дольше 12.00. В целом, рекомендуем!

Кондиционер дул на кровать. Несмотря на высокий этаж с улицы вечером (начиная с шести часов и заканчиваясь в два ночи!!) из расположенных на берегу кафе и другого отеля играла очень громкая поп-музыка и караоке. Приходилось закрывать окна.

Отличное расположение. Большие аппартаменты с 2 спальнями.

Утюг с оголенным проводом, ударил током. В ванной из слива душевой кабинки возвращалась вода с нечистотами, когда открываешь кран на кухне или в в самой ванной. Для хтих целей стоял вантуз… Видимо, проблема не решаемая
