Staff really nice and the activities were so much fun

Saif and his team were very friendly and welcoming. The views were great and getting to the campsite itself was an off road adventure. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Not dislike but more of a suggestion, the facilities in room/pods can be enhanced (tea coffee etc) especially as a kettle and fridge are already there.

Everything was great and the staff is accommodating. Some spoke English. Food is good. Wi-fi works well.

Only thing to note is the AC was turned off during the morning. We let them know and they did turn it back on.

The property was in a remote location and exactly what we were looking for. We wanted the true Bedouin experience and we got it. Saif and his team treated us like family and we’re always around when we needed them. They were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and they were always willing to help.

There was nothing I did not like.

nice layout and clean rooms.

I love the communal areas for all guests and the tents and pods are all situated very closely

The reception was nice, the tent was clean, the beds were comfortable, the dinner was very tasty, the jeep tour with Faisal to discover the desert was very beautiful, I really recommend this camp highly
