Exceptional. Amazing and wonderful. I didn't have high expectations when I came in thinking it is just another apartment stay. But when I came in - I was blown away by the decor that is amazingly green themed. It has four (yes FOUR) single beds in the unit. The TV came in with Android built in so you can take advantage of the fast Wi-Fi. The sound from the TV was loud enough and that really surprised me too. For the kitchen/pantry - you got a medium sized refrigerator. An induction stove (which came with instructions! A very nice touch really), with built-in ventilation top. A microwave and an electric kettle is also provided. You got a very good selection of new and clean utensils such as plates, cups, bowls and pans. I love it. One part of why I choose apartments over hotels is the ability to cook and this place really delivers. I also like the fact that air fresheners are placed around the unit - toilets and main areas, bedrooms. You received towels for every bed too along with good amount of soap and shampoo. Plus toilet papers. The best part of this place is the ocean view. Truly amazing and truly true to the description. You got sea view on every room. I must add that if you need to be close to the Jesselton Jetty - this is the best choice. Just a 1 minute walk (yup) and away from the smell of the fish market. The real great deal and the best of this whole experience is the host. I was able to check in one hour early and she has no issues with me requesting for it. My whatsapp message was answered promptly. And I even received 2 access card! Will definitely book here again.

- Nothing really. Perhaps it could be even better if you have a washing machine but the size of the unit doesn't really make that applicable. Plus, there's tons of laundry shops at the ground level of the building. - Parking is not free. And charged by the hour. A full 24-hours stay will cost you RM15.

Amazing location . . . right next to Jesselton ferry terminal for ease of access for all the island trips (3-5 min walk). The self check-in and out instructions sent via message on the app were crystal clear and easy to follow. The apartment has beautiful decor and the most amazing view of the bay and Gaya island. Beds are comfortable (soft mattress) . . . our favourite area was the couch with the view! The pool is on the 7th floor and quite large, though it gets crowded early morning and evenings. Great range of shops, restaurants and laundromats on the ground floor with ease of access for e-hailing via Grab.
