Birdie 3-BDR Apartment

Just a couple of hours before our scheduled check-in, we received a message from the host demanding a deposit via a provided link, warning that we wouldn't be allowed to stay otherwise. However, the link led to a page with no actual payment option (which we verified across multiple devices). This caused massive, unnecessary stress right before our arrival, leaving us stranded and wondering if we would even receive the check-in instructions.

El apartamento es bastante grande, pero tiene mucho espacio desaprovechado.

Nos pusieron toallas sucias y nos pidieron fotos para comprobarlo, ya que pedimos que nos dejaran otras. Al final no nos dieron otras toallas limpias. No había toallas para las manos tampoco.

The apartment is well lighted and offers very spacious bedrooms. The 2.5 baths was a huge benefit for our group. The location is good too, pretty close to the city centre. The self checkin and checkout was very easy thanks to the detailed information from the host.

Just a suggestion, a small welcoming package, such as a bottle of water and a few coffee capsules just for the 1st day would be nice so that customers don't have to worry about immediately going to the supermarket for these.

City information and a 3 day suggested itinerary was nice. The kitchen diner area is drenched with sun in the morning. The toaster, kettle and fridge work. (The items we used!) Sufficient space for meal preparation if that's your bag.

3rd floor is sort of 4th! 90 steps from ground floor through 1st & 2nd and up to 3rd. Insufficient toilet paper for 3 people, never mind 7, the capacity! One bathroom door needs attention, use the chain to stop it opening! The cleaners could do with vacuuming the kitchen table crevices. 3 bins provided but no indication of what goes in each bin, beyond a colour. Some pictures would help. Access is as instructions but could be clearer. Enter building access code xxx. Press the picture of a key button. Enter unique access code xxxxx. Push door to open. Lighting didn't always seem to come on or went off very quickly.

Emplacement, confortable

Il aurait été bien de préciseri que l'appartement était au 3e étage car nous avions des personnes agées qui ont eu du mal à monter.

Un appartement spacieux, propre et très bien placé. Proche des commerces, transports en communs. Des grands chambres avec des placards de rangement. Une cuisine fonctionnelle. Je recommande ce logement pour votre séjour à Budapest !

Quelques petits B molles qui ont légèrement mis impactés notre séjour. Une des deux salles de bains n’avaient plus d’eau chaude, le wc de cette même salle de bain fuyait un peu. Les couettes des chambres sont assez petites par rapport à la taille des lits.
