The flat was well located, the instructions were clear and easy. The parking was good. The flat was clean and provided everything wee needed for our stay.

I never figured out how to get out of the parking area after the attendant left.

Good location, spacious rooms, well furnished and equipped. Included parking place is nice to have in Budapest.

The property was exceptionally well-maintained and spotlessly clean, making the stay very pleasant. Its location was also excellent, offering convenient access to nearby amenities. The high ceilings in the rooms added a sense of openness and elegance, while the spacious living room provided ample room to relax and unwind comfortably. Overall, it was a thoughtfully designed and well-kept space.

The toilet lacked proper ventilation, which made it less comfortable to use. Additionally, the hot water control system in the washroom was not functioning well, as it was difficult to maintain a consistent temperature—it was either too hot or too cold.

Our family of five stayed at this apartment in Budapest's District VI, Terézváros, for three nights, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The location is fantastic, situated in a vibrant cultural hub known for its theaters, galleries, and lively nightlife. Király Street, where the apartment is located, connects District VI with the Jewish Quarter (District VII) and is filled with a delightful mix of historic buildings, modern boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment itself is a beautifully renovated space in an older building, equipped with an elevator—a very convenient feature for families with young children, especially since it’s on the fifth floor. The digital lock on the front door was an excellent touch, eliminating the need for keys and making entry effortless, even when juggling kids and luggage. The interior is very spacious and thoughtfully equipped, making it ideal for both short and long stays. It comfortably accommodated our family, and there’s enough room for a family of six without feeling cramped. The general heating system, along with a separate heater in the bathroom and a modern AC unit, ensured we were comfortable in any weather. The fully equipped kitchen was a significant bonus, allowing us to prepare meals for the children with ease. The apartment also includes a dedicated free parking space for one car (even a larger vehicle), located about 450 meters away—a 5-6 minute walk. This was extremely helpful, as parking fees in Budapest can be expensive. The renter was friendly and provided detailed instructions about everything, including parking, which made our stay smooth and hassle-free.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there are a few points future guests may want to consider: 1) Communication: The renter is a bit slow to respond, so allow extra time if you have questions or special requests. 2) Child Safety: The apartment is not fully childproof, so bringing safety plugs for electrical outlets is advisable for families with small children. 3) The doors between rooms are old and do not fully close. This wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others.

Free parking with clear instructions, big, modern facility on great location.

Large apartments, lots of space, clean and tidy. There was everything you needed for your stay: dishes, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper. Lidl is two minutes walk away

The large bed consists of two parts and two mattresses. It was ok for us, but maybe it’s important for someone..

Apartment fully in accordance with the description. Large and spacious flat equipped with air conditioning and all necessary amenities . The location allows you to walk to the main attractions but you can also use public transport - a bus stop next to the building. There is also a bakery, grocery shops and a very good Italian restaurant nearby. Another plus is the free parking available for guests (about 400m from the property). I highly recommend this apartment.
