Bed and Breakfast Villa Teis

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Wohnlage mit freistehenden Häusern. Leider etwas abgelegen, ohne Auto 5 min zur Hauptstraße und dem Bus, damit in 10 min zum Poetto Strand. Ausstattung innen sehr gut, schöne Terrasse mit Frühstücksbufett in der oberen Ebene. Sehr netter Vermieter. Saubere Unterkunft, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und Gartennutzung ( Pool).

Keine Infrastruktur in der Nähe, Restaurants, Läden etc, nur ein Supermarkt in ca 10 min Laufentfernung. Ohne Auto nicht gut erreichbar. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war gross aber nicht sehr praktisch für 2 Zimmer zusammen. Zimmer war kleiner als auf dem Foto

We stayed here for 3 nights, the place is exactly like the photo. It was very clean and spacious. The owner was also very attentive to our needs and immediately replied when we asked him questions or when something happened in the property. It was very windy during our stay and the partition between our room and the next room's balcony snapped, we informed the owner and like 2 mins he's already fixing it. There was a free breakfast of sweets, cereals and coffee upstairs. Close to the beach and supermarket and restos by car

Nothing, south cagliari was nice and sunny, so we enjoyed three full days at the beautiful water which is in 15 min walk distance

Staff was amazing, super friendly, helpful. Breakfast was good. It was easy to find parking right outside. Nice to find little amenities in the room.

Ci siamo sentiti da subito come a casa!ambiente pulito, silenzioso, curato nei dettagli. I gestori sono molto disponibili nel venire incontro a qualsiasi necessità. La struttura si trova poi a 5 minuti dal mare.

Ampia camera da letto dotata di mini frigo e una comoda terrazza. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il lungo mare in macchina.

Il bagno in comune è una scelta davvero pessima per vari motivi: la privacy; l’igiene; le emergenze. Se stai male crepi in camera oppure esci in giardino: per quanto possa essere brutale come soluzione è un’alternativa a cui ho pensato „in case of Emergency“. Questo aspetto ahimè abbassa il giudizio complessivo della struttura.

Breakfast is Italian style but abundant. Although not everything is there Daniele will do whatever is in his potential to grant your wish. Daniele is a starting B&B host who is working extremely hard to make his facility very high level. He is not there yet but what he achieved in a few months is nothing short of incredible. The rooms and beds are some of the best quality we have seen. Daniele is a man who truly lifts the value of his neighbourhood through his B&B and especially his service.

The fridge in the room was a bit noisy, so this might be an aspect for noise-sensitive people.

sono cresciuto a Cagliari e torno per le vacanze estive, da persona che conosce la città vi dico la posizione è fra le migliori se si ha la macchina, vicinissimi al mare e a 10-15 min dalla città, c’è un bellissimo panorama, stanze pulite eleganti, clima di pace, e i proprietari estremamente gentili e disponibili, ho fatto solo una notte ma a saperlo prima ci avrei passato tutta la settimana!

Camera molto spaziosa dotata di tutti i comfort. Letto comodissimo. Ci hanno viziato al nostro arrivo con dei buonissimi dolci sardi e delle bevande fresche. Colazione super fornita.
