The apartment was perfect for a short stay for our family of four. Great location in the shopping area and a short walk to the Christmas markets and restaurants.

We couldn’t use the apps (Netflix) on the smart TV

Everything except the single bed.

I would recommend this stay for a maximum of 2 people. The single bed was so creaky that it made it very difficult to move and to sleep.

The flat is very central and great location. Host was very responsive and kind. Apartment is clean and had all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable stay.

Upon entering the bathroom, there's a bad smell of sewage coming from the shower drain. We fixed the problem by pouring cleaning agents down the drain. Objectively, this is not the fault of our host.

"Spacious apartment in an excellent location in beautiful Bolzano"

Excellent location in the heart of Bolzano. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Very peaceful - no noise heard from the street below at all. Excellent black out blinds kept the sun and heat out. Very clean and spacious. Modern bathroom with very good shower. Amazing air con. It was 35 degrees when we were there and returning to the air con apartment was so good. Comfortable and big main bed.

Other reviews have said it but the squeaky pull out beds. Couldn’t believe how much noise they made with every movement. Actually interrupted our sleep, it was so annoying. Please do consider changing these as they did affect our overall stay.
