Staff was friendly and helpful

Location was good, close to where I had to be for work.

Nothing.

They offered me a different, better room because the guests in a neighbouring room were loud.

I was checked in by security, instead of a receptionist (granted, i arrived very late at night). I also couldn't alter my booking online (to extend it). This may be the platforms fault - not so much the venue

met expectations , lovely and warm hosts they were esp Lebo and the cab driver.

English breakfast would be better

The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Breakfast was always exceptional, made when I wanted. The room was spacious and very clean. Short drive from Maseru mall.

WiFi was a bit iffy if I went into the bathroom with my phone!

Not so bad , but it takes time to prepare
