There are two nice pools (including a small private one) and the breakfast is nice! Rooms are simple but comfortable.

The location is bit difficult to go to with narrow roads but they offer a free shuttle bus to the main beach which is very good

Un bel hôtel, qui permet tout de suite de se sentir en vacances et de se reposer. Idéal pour sa belle piscine, et sa proximité avec la ville d'Alona (3 minutes avec un tuk-tuk pour moins de 3 euros). Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Très bonne idée la navette gratuite qui vous amène à la plage d'Alona et vous ramène également à l'hôtel. Le personnel est charmant et à votre écoute. Petit déjeuner à commander la veille pour le lendemain, plusieurs choix possibles. Très bon rapport qualité/prix/emplacement. On y reviendra si possible :)

Certaines parties de la chambre étaient un peu vieillissant (poignée de porte, meubles, douche, ...).

Our experience at this hotel in Panglao was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had arranged a taxi for 4:30 a.m. and paid 900 pesos for the service. However, the taxi never showed up, and the money was not refunded. We were completely left stranded in the middle of the night, facing the real risk of missing both our boat and international flight. We were carrying around 90 kg of luggage, which made the situation even more difficult. We had to rely on the hotel security guard, who eventually helped us by arranging a tuk-tuk. The tuk-tuk ride was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe due to the amount of luggage and the conditions of the transport, all while we were under extreme time pressure and close to missing our connections. Overall, the lack of responsibility for a prepaid service and the poor handling of a critical situation completely ruined our experience. Postscript: No one ever tried to contact us regarding this negligence. The hotel was completely empty at 4:30 a.m. If you cannot provide the service, you should not offer it. They are still holding part of our money.

Warm service. Great staff. Nice tropical vibes with its nipa hut themed villas. Coffee and food is great and value for money.

We have a car and the place is quite secluded from the main road. The road going there is narrow that one vehicle must give way. If you don't have a 4-wheel car then it's fine.
