Great size, perfect for a family meet up - well stocked kitchen and lots of board games / jigsaws etc, for evening or wet day entertainment. Lovely to be so close to the beach, pub etc.

The sofa and comfy chairs could do with updating, they were very worn.

A welcome pack would have been nice - very unusual not to get one.
