The property was comfortable and clean, we were provided with everything we needed for our 12 night stay. The location is brilliant, in close proximity to many beautiful beaches. The villa complex the property is in is beautiful and very well looked after.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, duży przestronny apartament z tak samo dużym tarasem, nowa łazienka, parking, klimatyzacja, blisko do morza, na basen, do restauracji. Wspaniała obsługa i kontakt z właścicielem!

Niektóre sprzęty wymagają za niedługo renowacji np kuchenka gazowa, okiennice, stolarka drzwi i okien. Dodatkowa opłata za pościel i ręczniki zdziwiła mnie nieco, ale rozumiem, że każdy może wybrać co chce, zwłaszcza że dużo rodzin z Włoch przybywa i może przywieźć swoje rzeczy

"Large space, fair accommodatio, on beautifull surroundings"

Well located for Olbia - Costa Smeralda, in a private compound with controlled access, swimming pool and small beaches available. Proper appartment plan for a family (up to 5-6 people, with a huge terrace. Private parking space available for free. Helpful maintenance agency.

The appartment need some refresh of furniture (beds, storage drawers) windows & doors frames, insects web for windows. Asking extra money for towels and bedsheets is a strange practice. WiFi router of the appartment didn't worked. The internet quality provided by the outside router was rather poor. The warranty is too high vs what a tourist can damage.
