I had an amazing stay at Bi Residence Sea View in Batumi! The luxury apartment was spotless, modern, and had breathtaking sea views right from the balcony. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the location was perfect – close to the beach and city attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Batumi!

There was a free parking lot near the entrance. The room was spacious and clean. The hosts allowed a late check-out, which was a nice bonus.

There were no deep plates.

Overall, the apartment is clean, but the listing heavily emphasizes the presence of a pool, which was a key factor in my decision to choose this option. However, when I checked in, I found out that the pool is actually in a neighboring fitness center and not included in the price. I believe such details should be clearly stated. Also, after my stay, the apartment owner flooded me with messages asking for a review. The apartment itself is fine, clean, and has everything necessary.

State that the cost of the pool is not included in the price of the stay.
