The area where the place is , is safe and beautiful. The apartment is clean and spacious. I loved that there is always hot water when we want to shower

The stairs are not safe especially when it is raining and it was raining that weekend. They are wood so they get slippery when wet and they are steep. There is a lot of things , like games and there is a door that can be used and avoid the stairs but we did not have a key for that door and no one informed us about that door and no one informed us about the games. Nothing major just communication can improve a bit so that people can enjoy the facility to the fullest
