Grade ll listed holiday home

The property is newly refurbed, spotlessly clean and positioned perfectly for everything in town and easy access to surrounding beauty spots. The hosts were organised, friendly and kept excellent communications going. They made everything easy and relaxing.

I’d suggest upgrading the mattress - otherwise everything was above expectations and excellent value for money.

Property is well appointed, with modern fixtures throughout. It is very clean and the location was great for walking around Llani. As well, the entrance felt safe and private which added peace of mind when travelling with my baby.

I struggled with the stairs a bit, being pregnant, there are two flights and quite steep. The mattress on the double bed is hard and springy and I found this uncomfortable during the night.

Very well located right in the town, easy access to shops, pubs and restaurants. Very clean, and modern, nice separate sitting room as well as kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Owners very quick to respond to messages and extremely helpful.

Be aware that there are 2 steep flights of stairs in the property, one from ground level to first floor with kitchen and sitting room and the second up to the bedrooms and bathroom. It was OK for us but would not be great if you have mobility issues or any difficulty with stairs. There is lots of new technology which was a bit challenging for us, being of a 'certain age'! TV, cooker hob, coffee machine and sitting room fire all baffled us a bit but Rachel and her husband very kindly popped round and showed us how everything worked! There is a double and single bedroom both nice clean rooms with plenty of hanging space but no drawers or cupboards or surfaces to put bits on. However, I believe Rachel has already purchased a small bedside cupboard since we mentioned this.
