Great stop over for the night!! Lovely staff and right behind a delicious cafe Very good location!

Room and bed are large, shower is very nice and spacious. Easy to find and easy to check in. Power sockets on both sides of the bed. Wifi works fine. Cafe literally in the building and a fancy cocktail bar next door.

There's a lot of noise from the street. I found myself to be woken up by it almost every morning when people start to go to work. Nothing that earplugs can't fix.

The homestay is located in a local residential area, which is very close to several coffee shops like Tan coffee and BARO. The homestay is beautifully designed, and the bedding is comfortable. I am very happy to live here.

The location was great, close to main road yet adjacent to interesting small alleys to explore.

The aesthetics.

I think all the past reviews are made by friends because it doesnt reflect at all our experience. The beg was hard as a rock. Lying in the ground would have been the same. There was dust everywhere, like they had kept the room closed for a year. In the middle of the night started raining and it woke us up. But we didn’t wake up because of the rain. We woke up because of the raindrops falling on us because of the leaks. Then we have the bathroom. Very beautiful but on booking.com it says is hydromassage. Is just a concrete tube with a shower. No curtain, nothing so showering without making a mess is quite difficult. Also the shower head was full of leaks and holes, spraying water everywhere. We stayed 2 nights and we didn’t know we had breakfast. But the host left us a breakfast in a kitchen you need to acces from out of the room and forgot to tell us so nobody eat the lunch. We still had to pay for it (even it wasn’t our fault because the host forgot to tell us). Also is a very noisy room. There is no noise insulation at all and the windows doesn’t close properly so all the sound comes in easily. And don’t take me wrong, I love city sounds but the noise of that room it was exaggerated. One of the worst places I’ve been.

Lovely rooms, nice ambient atmosphere. A lot of supplies for convenient stay. Friendly helpful lovely staff.
