Very very clean! Really close to the train station (3min walk)

This isn’t really a bad thing, just a heads up, but the flat is on the 4th floor and there is no lift.

"Exceptional"

The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely designed and well equipped with everything needed. These little extras like snacks and juices, coffee and tea, pasta and sauce, travel materials, etc. made our stay enjoyable. Few minutes to train and cable car station. Bakery literally downstairs. Grocery nearby. Salvatore was great host willing to help with anything.

Quite noisy street, for perfect sleep bring earplugs. Mains socket at bed would be better instead of USB. Common spaces are not very nice but it's not in host competence. Maybe I'd exchange two armchairs for a couch for more seating space.

The apartment was newly renovated and very clean. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies, and food, above and beyond. Salvatore was excellent in meeting us and explaining the area, he also helped us get parking and when it was time to pick up the car, he also helped us out.  it wasn’t a great location, for example, five minutes walking to the train station and about 15 minutes to walk to the ferry terminal. There was plenty of space for four adults.
