The property had two bedrooms one for my daughter one for myself and allowed us to take a small dog for an extra fee of £30. The parking space around the corner was also very helpful.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the property. I travel regularly, and I would suggest this property is no more than a two star at a push. It is quite far away from anything you want to do in Brighton so be prepared to use Taxis and Ubers constantly. The properties in dire need of refurbishment. It basically looks like all of the furniture in there has come from a charity shop 100 years ago. Many needs to be spent to bring this property up today. There is no dishwasher although they do have a washing machine in there which seems pointless. It is very small and does not have a garden as described. There is an enclosed courtyard that all of the muse houses share and quite frankly it is disgusting. It is filled with rubbish broken chairs Broken furniture and the neighbours were not very friendly. Inside the property is very dated the windows were filthy inside and out the furniture is stained and the carpet is not clean. They weren’t even basic provisions in the property such as hand washed so we had to go out and buy everything. The kitchen is fairly well stocked although most of the items were dirty because of the lack of a dishwasher you are relying on people to wash up properly which clearly the last people didn’t do. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property and I would not be staying here again.

Cleaned and tidied

Apart from the bad smell in living room everything was just nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped.

It didn’t matter too much, but there was no smart tv. This might be something that younger people would miss!!
