"The first and highly rewarding stay in 2025"

It was one of the best stays my wife and I have had recently. We celebrated New Year 2025 in Ioannina and chose Filiti26 studio mostly because of its location and price. The apartment is small but very well equipped and newly renovated. The host met us in person and explained everything about the house. Highly recomended!

The apartment has almost everything you might need for a short stay but the only thing we could not find was a kettle. Maybe we simply did not search well.

Very nice and small Apartment located super central but in a rather quiet street. The apartment is extremely new, I guess we were among the firsts few guests. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a short stay alone or as a couple.

There is a bar two houses away so it was kind of loud on the saturday night we stayed. But the windows and shutters shielded very well so this was no issue for us.
