1 Sheraton Apartments

Very clean and cozy

Too hot, with no AC in Scotland would be nice to have ceiling fans for air flow

The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious for 3 couples and we had a comfortable stay at the apartment. It was within easy walking distance to High Street Fort William and overall we had a pleasant stay. Everything was very thoughtfully planned designed with the guests' comfort in mind. Views were also very good from the apartment.

The host was not very friendly. The check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We were almost ready to check out at 10am but we had a cancer patient with us who was 75 years old so it was just taking us a while to get everyone out of the house. The cleaners landed at the place before 10am and started demanding that we vacate sharp at 10am. The host called us up and spoke very rudely saying we could delay the check out but we should be willing to pay the cleaners whom she had booked for 10am. Come on, this is NOT the way to treat guests it almost felt like we were driven out of the house. We did not even ask for a late check out but having a large group it does take a while to get everyone out. If the check in is at 4 pm (which is much later than the usual 3pm check in at most places) shouldn't she have a buffer time between check in and check out rather than have the cleaners at the doorstep driving us out sharp at 10? We ultimately left around 10.25 am. Mind you, I normally do not write about minor things and always overlook them and write good reviews about all the homes that we stay in but this did not leave a very pleasant memory and I would probably not choose this apartment again for the way the host handled our stay. Another point, On checking in, we accidentally checked into the wrong apartment because our address read 3, Sheraton Studios so we assumed it was 3 Sheraton Apartments. We accidentally overlooked our booking which read as 1, Sheraton Apartment. She did not take too kindly to us entering the wrong apartment. Probably our fault but as I said we got confused because the address read 3, Sheraton Studios.

This place is extraordinary, with nice location and well cleaned.

The property is brand new, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and bright, making it a great space for meal prep and relaxation.

Needed more hooks in the bathrooms

Spotlessly clean, modern decor, well appointed kitchen, plentiful free parking. Great views to Ben Nevis, especially from main bedroom.

Nothing, very quickly got over the slightly unusual location.l

Overall facilities were excellent and the apt. was very comfy.

Quite lots of stairs to reach the top two bedrooms, probably 15+15 steps. Having light luggages made it much easier.
