"Strategic location, good amenities."

We needed to do most of our business in Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, and the apartment's location was very strategic for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet in the evenings, and it was nice to experience the birds and butterflies in the vicinity. The caretaker was attentive and available to attend to our needs. Except for a TV, the apartment had what we needed for a comfortable staycation/work retreat.

The bar table and stools which served as the dining area and work station were not ergonomically designed, and were not conducive for sitting for long periods of time (much less working). It would be better if the table and chairs were of regular height and more user-friendly.

"Cozy home away from home 💜"

It’s clean and smells good. It felt like my home away from home. Also, Tita Olym was so nice and made sure I was comfortable. There was water in the fridge and packets of instant coffee!

The lack of near places to eat and no hot shower 🥺
