GBScammers I pay for this apartment on Friday last week and I was calling the landlord for the room so I can get inside and he said that they are having trouble with booking.com that he going to call me back and he never called me back I try calling him he never answered my calls I was stranded in Belfast, please I need my money back

GBStaff was rude and non polite. Facial expression was appalling and hostile.
There was no option for self check in or detailed instruction for check in. The phone number was not responding to phone calls. The bedroom lock was not working, hence we left the facility immediately as there was no one to speak to and neither was someone taking up phone calls. The bedroom light was not working apart from the side lamp.
