Very quick and smooth communication with the owner.

Great location in Terrassini - a top restaurant right outside the building! Very easy self-check in, very clean place. I also received a great pdf guide with all the important information (first time I received something like that and I was really impressed!). Parking spots all over the streets, you just need the app to pay for it :) We really appreciated the AC and the balcony. There also was a smart TV and a very comfortable bed. We only stayed one night, to be close to the airport for our flight back, but it was really nice stay :)

I was suprised with the „no eating in the room” policy - not a problem for a one night stay, though.

The room was a 20 minute or so drive to Palmero airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

No secure parking. Difficult to find. No elevator to get luggage up to the room. Without the elevator would have had to leave the luggage in the car which was parked on the street as there is no secure parking.

The accomodation deserves the "comfort" qualificative that is part of the name of the residence. It was just a stoppover for us for one night and we found ourselves at 23:00 in the evening discovering a bit of the town because it had a very lively and nice atmosphere. We left thinking it deserves more than just being a stoppover.
