Nothing. Didn't stay.
We booked this room the night before. Naturally, we had a booking confirmation. When we arrived in Mumbai, I needed to reach out and contact the property about how and when we could check in. They informed us that the property had been booked by someone else, and we could not stay. Thankfully, they accepted our free cancellation request, but it's annoying that they did not block their Booking calendar as we were the ones who had to now scramble, after barely sleeping on an overnight bus, to find a place to live in Mumbai. Get your sh*t together, Mon Repos, so you do not put travellers in this position. It is a surefire way to tank your review score.
