Llegué y me dijeron que no había ninguna reservación aún cuando tenía el correo de confirmación
Cada mes he ido y he hecho la reservación con anticipación, al llegar al hotel, no respetaron mi reservación y me dejaron sin habitación en fechas que no había hospedaje en otros hoteles, solo dijeron disculpe y no me solucionaron su irresponsabilidad
