Кровать с дефектом, влажный воздух с запахом в номере, тонкие стены и плохая шумоизоляция.

Удачное положение, удобная кровать, наличие кухни и приборов, что позволяет готовить.

Не было горячей воды. В ящиках была грязная посуда. Расположение приборов особенно ножей на верхней полке больше бросает вызов смелым либо премию Дарвина.

I liked the central location of the apartment. Old Riga is literally 10 minutes away. When there were problems with the room, the managers did all they could to resolve my problems, and they did. They evicted noisy neighbors I had complained about. When I found mold in the room, they came over twice and they successfully cleaned it up the second time. They answered any questions I had about the property. The property gave me the best for my money since I had to stay in the city for over 30 days.

As with other parts of Riga, I discovered that dampness and mold are problems, especially in basements. My room had those problems. I am not sure why the managers did not notice it before I moved in, but when I reported the problem, they took care of it, which I truly appreciated. Accommodations for long term stays like mine (over 30 days) can be high, and this location saved me money.

Asunnossa haisi todella pahalta kosteuden takia. Tämän lisäksi kylpyhuoneesta tuli vahva viemärin haju. Asunto oli niin kostea, että jopa sänky, petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet olivat märät. Varmaan tästä syystä petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet haisivat todella tunkkaisilta. Petivaatteissa oli tahroja ja hiuksia. Lisäksi yöllä kuului rottien juoksentelua sängyn yläpuolella. Jääkaappiin oli jäänyt jonkun toisen homeiset ruuat.

We had a great experience overall! The check-in process was incredibly quick and easy, with clear and simple instructions. We made the booking on the same day, and less than an hour later we were already inside the apartment. There’s no need to meet anyone in person — you simply pick up the key from a coded locker, which is very convenient. The apartment had everything we needed for an overnight stay. It was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.

The only downside was a bit of a damp, basement-like smell in the apartment, but we got used to it quickly. It had also been raining outside, so it's understandable given that the apartment is on the lower ground floor. Also, the walls aren’t very soundproof — we could hear the neighbors quite clearly at times.

Anything ok but I didn’t find info about WiFi, and I was without internet
