Strong dog odor upon arrival. Noisy holiday park next door, not a lot of privacy unless indoors

Great layout - very spacious. Good heat pump and seemed well insulated for our winter visit. Great seating and dining facilities. Good beds. Great laundry facilities and bathrooms, baring the showers. Good linen, bedding etc. Quiet location - at least in winter.

The showers were a big let down compared to everything else. Despite good warmth and pressure the heads were very poor leaking water all over the place, and the shower doors felt unsafe. It would have been a big improvement to have had gentle ramp access to the property for those that struggle with stairs - there was certainly plenty of room to fit that. More kitchen linen. More hooks and rails for hanging towels. More shelves for guests to put things on. Those things took the gloss off what would otherwise have been easy to rate a 10.
