MYThe owner is very helpful and friendly. They also provide a socket/plug at the balcony. It's really good since I can do my work with my laptop with a very nice Kinabalu mountain view.
It's not about the place itself... everything is good about Janice Homestay. The road to reach the homestay is a bit steep, not really nice experience for a novice driver.

Transportation is bad, and this is an issue related to all area, the owner has no way to solve it.

Water heater is using gas and fire, and with a notice of "do not put inside toilet" sign on the water heater(which is place inside the toilet) Maybe need to add in water pump, the water from heater is too weak
