Our family room with two big beds was converted from room with three single beds. The power sockets has not been moved accordingly so they were located on the headboard of the bed under the pillows (with previous room constellation most probably that worked well since beds were in different locations). Bathroom was too small for family room and it was hard to manage space for 4 people cosmetics, etc.

Our stay at Sea Soul Nha Trang Hotel was very disappointing and did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. Shortly after check-in we found cockroaches in our room. We immediately reported this to the reception during the night and were offered a room change. However, our one-year-old daughter was already asleep after a long journey, so we did not want to wake her in the middle of the night. We agreed to change the room the next morning. Although the hotel changed our room the following day, the situation already affected our stay. The second room did not have cockroaches, but the cleanliness was even worse. There was a thick layer of dust and dirt under the beds and on the floor. Our daughter was crawling on the floor and her knees and feet became very dirty, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this standard. The service was also below expectations. Staff at the reception were not welcoming and often seemed uninterested. At the pool, we were asked to provide a room number and return towels ourselves, which is not typical for hotels of this category. At the kids' playroom there was no staff available to turn on the air conditioning, and the room was very hot despite high outdoor temperatures. Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of cleanliness or service expected from a 5-star property. The only response we received was a note with fruit in the room, which did not adequately address the situation. I would not recommend this hotel.
