Very close to the RK Beach, the stay is beautiful, we stayed in the penthouse. It's very clean and has all the amenities. The staff are very helpful and flexible with the timings. When I come to Visakhapatnam I would like to stay here again.

"Beware of the owner SRINIVAS RAO!!!"

We had a terrible experience with this property during our recent trip from Chennai to Kolkata, where we halted in Vizag for the night. Despite the listing explicitly stating that it is pet-friendly, our booking was canceled after we arrived at 10 PM with our two cats. Srinivas Rao, the host, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to accommodate us and displayed no empathy for our situation. To make matters worse, he charges more than what is advertised on Booking.com, which is outright deceptive. This property is neither reliable nor trustworthy. Thankfully, we were able to find an alternative stay at the last minute. Avoid this place if you value your peace of mind and accurate service.
